Is home massage safe and hygienic?

Yes. Every Luxora certified therapist follows strict hospital-grade hygiene protocols. We use fresh, high-thread-count laundered linens for each client, thoroughly sanitized massage tables and hot stone heaters, and clinical hand sanitization before and after every session. Consumables and organic massage oils are single-use.

Can I choose a male or female therapist?

Absolutely. You can select your preferred therapist gender directly during the online booking flow or when messaging our WhatsApp concierge — we'll always pair you with a certified therapist of your choice.

What areas in Dubai and Sharjah do you serve?

What do I need to prepare before the therapist arrives?

Nothing at all! Our therapists arrive with a complete mobile spa setup: portable hydraulic massage table, fresh linens, organic oils, ambient lighting, and calming acoustics. Simply have a quiet, comfortable space of approximately 3x2 meters in your bedroom, living area, or hotel suite.

How do I pay for my session?

Payment is collected conveniently after your session has concluded. We accept cash directly or credit/debit cards via a secure payment link sent to your phone. No advance deposit is required for standard residential appointments.

How far in advance should I book?

Same-day bookings are readily available, often with a therapist arriving within 45–60 minutes. For guaranteed availability during peak evening hours or couple massage setups on weekends, we recommend booking 2 to 3 hours in advance.

Is prenatal massage safe?

Yes. Our prenatal massage is performed exclusively by senior therapists trained and certified in maternal health and pregnancy-safe positioning, with specialized ergonomic body pillows provided. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, we always recommend obtaining routine clearance from your OB-GYN.

Can two people book a couple massage in different rooms?

Yes. While our couple massage is typically conducted on two side-by-side tables in a single spacious room for a shared romantic atmosphere, we can easily set up in two separate rooms if preferred — simply note this in your booking request.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand schedules change! We kindly request at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can reassign our mobile therapists. There are no penalties for timely notifications.

Do you offer massages at hotels and short-term rentals?

Yes! We cater daily to guests staying at luxury hotels, resorts, and Airbnb apartments throughout Dubai and Sharjah. Simply provide your hotel name and room number at checkout so our therapist can coordinate smooth reception access.
